a motor car came from behind, proceeding same direction as

5 paces in front of us. A man
masked with a handkerchief alighted from the car, holding
a pistol, similar to one in Court (Exh.A). He asked in
English Where is your money?". After having said this
he took my fountain pen and pencil and wrist watch all
now in Court. I dentify same (Exh.B for pen and pencil and
Exh. C. for wrist watch). Miss Chan was originally standing
by me. When he robbed, she ran away giving a loud scream.
Another man put his hand over her mouth from behind and
robbed her hand-bag. I don't know where he came from. The
two men then boarded the car. After that I asked for the
he nd-bag back and the driver gave it back.
Before they
boarded car they went through my pockets and took awav my
money. They took from the wallet on my person money amounting
to 200. I asked for the wallet back and they gave it to me.
The man with pistol told me not to report the matter. I
can't remember whether he asked it roughly as the lady was
